Still working off that bag 'o scraps I uncovered the other day. This is a clip art image that I kicked up a notch with some glitter on the balloons. Originally I didn't have the sentiment, but it looked to "blah" and evenly spaced all around, so I added the double matted ovals and some paper piercing with my SU MAT PACK and here's the end result.
