The Snowzilla Blizzard of 2016 has hit the East coast, so between keeping everything humming right along at the house (food for the family, clearing the driveway and sidewalk, watching the snow totals mount, laundry, baking etc.) I found some time late Friday night to get a quick batch of cards done Thankfully I had everything pre-cut and leftover from one of my previous classes, so it was a very quick and easy card session. It felt good to get back to my crafting as I have been away from it far too long. Hopefully I can get some more done over the weekend too. I got a request for some boy birthday cards and I have to make up some dance themed thank you notes for my daughter's dance teacher, so that's on the agenda.
As for Snowzilla - The plows gave up on our neighborhood at about 10pm Friday night to focus on the main roads and snow emergency routes (which is fine/that's what they should be doing in my opinion for now.) Maybe we will get lucky and see one later today. We have about 20 inches (not counting the drifts) and its supposed to snow all the way through Saturday and into the wee hours of Sunday AM. For my local peeps - please stay safe and warm inside your homes!
